Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SquadConsole, operated by SquadConsole (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including our website at squadconsole.com and application at app.squadconsole.com. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

SquadConsole provides AI-powered tools designed for real estate agents, including listing description writers, follow-up email generators, market report generators, agent bio writers, and neighborhood blog post generators. The service is provided on a subscription basis. Features and availability may change over time; we will provide reasonable notice of material changes.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use SquadConsole. By using the service, you represent that you meet these requirements. The service is intended for professional or business use.

4. Account Registration

You must create an account to access paid features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@squadconsole.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

SquadConsole offers paid subscription plans billed monthly. Prices are displayed on our Pricing page and are subject to change with 30 days’ notice to existing subscribers.

Free tier. Free accounts receive a limited number of generations per month. Limits are shown within the application.

Paid plans. Paid subscriptions provide unlimited access to all tools. Your subscription renews automatically on a monthly basis unless cancelled.

Cancellation. You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access through that date. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time except as described in our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SquadConsole to:

• Generate content that is false, misleading, or fraudulent
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including fair housing laws
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or circumvent any part of the service
• Share account access with others outside your organization
• Use the service in ways that damage, disable, or overburden our infrastructure

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines without refund.

7. AI-Generated Content

The outputs produced by SquadConsole’s AI tools are generated automatically and are provided for your use as a starting point. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated content before using it professionally.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated outputs. Real estate-specific content (market data, pricing analysis, regulatory compliance) should be independently verified against your local MLS data and applicable laws.

8. Intellectual Property

Your content. You retain ownership of the inputs you provide and the outputs generated through your use of the service. You grant us a limited license to process your inputs solely to deliver the service.

Our content. The SquadConsole platform, including its design, code, branding, and non-user-generated content, is owned by SquadConsole and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

SquadConsole is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SquadConsole and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the service — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SquadConsole and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice within the application. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
