1. Overview
SquadConsole (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website at squadconsole.com and the application at app.squadconsole.com. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our services. By using SquadConsole, you agree to the practices described here.
2. Information We Collect
Account information. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials via our identity provider (Clerk).
Payment information. Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number. Stripe provides us with a tokenized payment reference and billing details (last 4 digits, card type, billing address).
Usage data. When you use our AI tools, we process the inputs you provide (property details, client information, market data) to generate outputs on your behalf. These inputs are transmitted to our AI provider (OpenAI) solely to fulfill your request.
Technical data. We collect standard server logs including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. This data is used for security monitoring and service improvement.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and operate the SquadConsole service
- To process payments and manage your subscription
- To send transactional emails (receipts, password resets, service notices)
- To respond to support requests

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

Each provider has their own privacy policy governing how they handle data. We encourage you to review them.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your account data is retained for 90 days before deletion to allow for reactivation or dispute resolution. You may request immediate deletion at any time by contacting us at hello@squadconsole.com.
6. Cookies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain your login session and for basic analytics (page views, referral source). We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features of the service may not function properly without them.

No system is perfectly secure; if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
9. Children
SquadConsole is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us for immediate deletion.
10. Changes to This Policy
